We process orders within 1 to 3 business days from purchase confirmation. During periods of high demand, this timeframe may be slightly extended.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days once the order has been shipped, depending on your location. These times are approximate and may vary due to reasons beyond our control, such as customs or logistical incidents.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders over 40€. For orders below this amount, a fee will be applied and clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

All our shipments include a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the code and a link to check its real-time status.
