How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Preparation time is 1 to 3 business days. Shipping usually takes between 7 and 15 business days depending on your location. All orders include a tracking number so you can check the status at any time.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders over €40. For orders below that amount, a shipping fee will be applied, which you will see at checkout before paying.

Can I track my order?

Of course. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to check its status.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as the secure payment methods available at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please write to us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but we can help you with a return.

What if my product arrives damaged?

We are very sorry. Contact us within the first 14 days with a photo of the product and we will offer you a solution: replacement or refund.
